Hi and welcome to my blog. This month we celebrated a special birthday in the Eastley family. My brother-in-law turned 80 and I made a card with papers from the Lakeside Memories Collection . This type of card fold is called a Honeycomb Pop-Out Card  which I found on Susan Campfield's channel (link below).  I made this Lakeside Memories Card to the US greeting card size (A2) - 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" as demonstrated in the video.  Spoiler alert ... next month I'll be sharing some larger Honeycomb Pop-Out Cards that I have modified to showcase 6x6 papers. Today I'm sharing my second Paper Rose Design Team Projec t for the month of October.  I've re-visited one of my most popular card designs (from 2020) and have made an Extended Z-Fold Card with Planter Box featuring products from the new Golden Days Collection . Paper Rose Studio is based in Australia but it has a global marketplace. I kinda feel like I need to make a Spring version of this card to balance things out a bit! Anyhow, all products from PRS are gorgeous to work with in my opinion and for my Northern followers, I hope you're enjoying Fall!  I love the autumnal colours in this collection and the cute images from the pack of Golden Days Embossed Die-Cuts . Hi and welcome to my blog. Today I'm sharing three fun-fold cards made with products from the Fairytale Christmas Collection from Paper Rose Studio . This type of card fold is perfect to 'show off' those scenic 6x6 papers and can be easily embellished with some very cute, embossed die-cuts.  A big shout out to Claire from Created the Ottaway for this brilliant fun fold idea! I have a link to Claire's instructional video further down in the post. I'm always on the look out for card folds that make 6x6 papers 'shine' as I have containers full of paper packs/pads that size. I love Claire's design but altered her measurements slightly to suit a card base constructed from an A5 piece of cardstock .
