Trellis Fence Z-Fold Cards for Paper Rose Studio

Image
Hi paper lovers; I'm excited to share my second Design Team assignment for April.  This time around I've chosen to showcase the  Trellis Fence Metal Cutting Die  and the gorgeous  Arabella's Garden 6x6 Paper Collection  in my set of Z-Fold Cards. The cute  Mother's Day Gnomes Embossed Die-Cuts , along with the  Flower Set 1 Daisy Metal Cutting Die  also feature on all three cards. A different floral pattern was chosen for each card, along with a different way to use the  Trellis Fence Metal Cutting Die . Upright Z-Fold Card Putting a Z-Fold in a 'portrait' position gives the card fold a whole different look! Trellis Fence Z-Fold Box Card All the flowers, leaves and grass were die-cut from the beautiful  Nature Stroll 2.0 Patterned Paper  and the tiny blue butterflies and sentiments were fussy cut from  Arabella's Garden Patterned Paper. A Folio Featuring Flower Shoppe Basics from Paper Rose Studio

Image
Hi and welcome to my blog. About a month ago I attended a  Mintay Folio Class  with  LJ's Crafty Corner  at  Bev's Cross Crafts  in Spreyton. I learnt a lot in that class and wanted to make another folio while the process was still fresh in my head! I decided to use a pack of 12x12  Flower Shoppe Basics  (instead of 6x6) for my last   Design Team Project  for  Paper Rose Studio  just so I could use the 'left over' pages to make this folio. Here's a combined pic to show you all the beautiful pages of the folio before I stitched it together and added the embellishments. My  Flower Shoppe Basics  version has a couple of notepads, a notebook, pockets, belly-bands, tuck pockets (in the notebook), long thin, as well as short side pockets, a double page with side pockets and an extra flap page. The wax threads in the middle have embossed butterflies attached for extra embellishment. All the page edges were inked with  G...

A Tutorial for a 3D Flower Cart Card made with Products from Paper Rose Studio

Image
Hi peeps; welcome to Bronwyn Eastley Designs. Today I'm sharing my first  Paper Rose Studio  Design Team Project for April. It features the absolutely gorgeous products from the  Flower Shoppe Basics Collection . I've wanted to design a  3D Flower Cart Card  for a very long time and these products provided me with a good reason to finally achieve that goal. Once I'd found a few photos of flower carts on line to use as inspiration, I went searching through the  Paper Rose Studio Website  and my current stash to find suitable metal cutting dies that I could use in its construction.  I decided to make a card protector (with plenty of room on the back to write a greeting) which was simply embellished with some paper from the  Flower Shoppe Basics 12x12 pack  (new) and some more of the  Flower Shoppe/Tags & Tickets Embossed Die-Cuts . It ended up having a dual purpose as it created a lovely back drop for the  Flower Cart Card . ...
