A Tutorial for a 3D Flower Cart Card made with Products from Paper Rose Studio

Today I'm sharing my first Paper Rose Studio Design Team Project for April. It features the absolutely gorgeous products from the Flower Shoppe Basics Collection. I've wanted to design a 3D Flower Cart Card for a very long time and these products provided me with a good reason to finally achieve that goal.


Once I'd found a few photos of flower carts on line to use as inspiration, I went searching through the Paper Rose Studio Website and my current stash to find suitable metal cutting dies that I could use in its construction. 


I decided to make a card protector (with plenty of room on the back to write a greeting) which was simply embellished with some paper from the Flower Shoppe Basics 12x12 pack (new) and some more of the Flower Shoppe/Tags & Tickets Embossed Die-Cuts.


It ended up having a dual purpose as it created a lovely back drop for the Flower Cart Card.


Did you know that Paper Rose Studio regularly release new collections (often weekly) and they're available to purchase for a good length of time? They're also reasonably priced and great quality. I absolutely love making projects with their products; the paper is 200gsm making it extremely suitable for folios and albums etc. In fact I've made a folio with this collection which I'll share with you very soon.

I had so much fun designing this card and as you can see from the photos below, it does fold flat to fit inside a 6-1/4" square envelope.

A Gatefold Card with a Butterfly Easel and Pocket for the May Funky Folds Blog Hop

Hi and welcome to the May 2025 Funky Folds Blog Hop. This is the first 'new' blog post that I've published since starting this blog, Bronwyn Eastley Designs .  My AddINKtive Designs website will be closing at the end of June as the costs are ridiculously expensive to maintain. Morning Memories Folio

Hi and welcome to my blog. Today I'm sharing a folio that I made using the gorgeous Morning Memories Collection from Paper Rose Studio. This is my first Design Team project for the month of May and I chose to use this stunning collection because I love coffee, the beach and the colour blue ... so ultimately ... it was my 'dream' assignment! About two months ago I attended a  Folio Class  with  LJ's Crafty Corner  at  Bev's Cross Crafts  in Spreyton. It was SO much fun to re-visit some paper crafting techniques that I hadn't done for a while ... like using a Crop-a-dile for eyelets and making paper embellishments for the signature binding etc. The folio took a couple of days for me to complete with so many extra additions but I was super chuffed with the end result.
