'Silent Sea' Double Pocket Hidden Paper Clip for a Tags & Envelopes Folio

Hi and welcome to my blog. Today I'm back with yet another 'Silent Sea' Tags & Envelopes Folio! This THIRD one was a commissioned project; I decided to 'switch it up' a bit by adding a Double Pocket Hidden Paper Clip to the inside.


Hidden paperclips refer to paperclips that have been embellished or covered with paper, fabric etc. to create decorative pockets or 'charms', often used for junk journaling and scrapbooking. These altered paperclips are a trending craft item, with many tutorials available on YouTube that demonstrate various techniques to create unique designs for adding to journals, cards, folios and other decorative projects.

This version of a hidden paperclip is attached to a bellyband on the fourth page of the folio.

'Fairytale Christmas' Fun Fold Cards for A5 Cardstock and 6x6 Papers

Hi and welcome to my blog. Today I'm sharing three fun-fold cards made with products from the Fairytale Christmas Collection from Paper Rose Studio . This type of card fold is perfect to 'show off' those scenic 6x6 papers and can be easily embellished with some very cute, embossed die-cuts.  A big shout out to Claire from Created the Ottaway for this brilliant fun fold idea! I have a link to Claire's instructional video further down in the post. I'm always on the look out for card folds that make 6x6 papers 'shine' as I have containers full of paper packs/pads that size. I love Claire's design but altered her measurements slightly to suit a card base constructed from an A5 piece of cardstock .
