Easy Interactive Folio - Nature Stroll 2 from Paper Rose Studio

I love Fairy Wrens (especially Tasmania's Superb Fairy-wren) so I was naturally drawn to this beautiful collection from the Nature Stroll range of products from Paper Rose Studio

While attending Paperific in Melbourne I visited the Paper Rose Studio Stand and got my hands on the beautiful Nature Stroll 2, 12 x 12 Paper Collection and Die-Cuts

The collection has beautiful images of Australian flora and fauna and I chose a gorgeous sheet of paper with bold proteas on one side and a delicate floral pattern on the reverse side to make another Easy Interactive Folio.

This example has a large brad with twine closure at the front of the flap and a small pocket and tag on the inside.

Attached to the belly band is a Hidden Paper Clip made with the Nesting Label 2 Metal Cutting Die.

The notebook was sewn together with some wax thread using a pamphlet stitch and some punched circles were glued to the ends for extra embellishment.

A corner pocket was glued to the back-inside cover to hold another tag.

The front flap piece extended to the underside of the folio to form the two main pockets.

These folios are so easy to make and you can find the basic measurements in the Botanical Buzz post.

If you want to see other examples of this type of folio, feel free to go and check out my other projects -
